In September 2010 we opened our long awaited hospital in Rajabas, Kavre, Nepal. The build had taken 3 years from its original idea in 2007 to its completion. The idea to build the hospital grew from the health camp we ran in nearby Chaurikhola in August 2007. The data from the 2000 people treated suggested it was essential a medical facility was provided in the region and from that time we set out to raise the funds to complete the build.

By March 2010 the hospital is beginning to take shape.

By June 2010 we get to see the size and scale of the place.

And by September 2010 we finally had a hospital to open.

Theres still along way to go before we can consider the hospital a success. The upstairs is still in need of vital funding to complete the building and we have plenty to do to have the hospital running as it should with the right staffing and equipment.
